Government of Andhra Pradesh going to release the Notification on 26.11.2011 for the recruitment to the posts of Village Revenue Officers (VRO – 1172 Posts)& Village Revenue Assistant (VRA – 6063 Posts) in Andhra Pradesh.

Selection Process: Andhra Pradesh VRO & VRA selection Procedure is based on Marks obtained in Qualifying exams, Experience & Performance in the Interview. There will be No Written Test or Entrance Test for the recruitment of AP VRO & VRA. VRO & VRA Interviews will be conducted by District Selection Committee (DSC). Reservation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Intermediate

Weightage of Marks Village Revenue Officer (VRO) Recruitment:

Inter Marks – 75% Marks

Diploma in Computers or its equivalent course – 5 Marks

Work experience in Revenue/ village SERP (Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty) – 5 Marks

Interview – 15 Marks

Age Limit: 34 years

Educational Qualification: 10^TH Class/ SSC

Eligibility: Local village Candidates only eligible to apply for Village Revenue Assistants (VRA).

Weightage of Marks: SSC Marks – 85% & Interview – 15 Marks
