Answer key and solution for UGC NET 24-12-2011 will be published at http://www.ugc.ac.in/. These keys would be all optional subjects like Political Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, History, Anthropology Commerce, Education, Economics and such similar subjects. Similarly answers for the common paper 1 that is General Paper on Teaching and Research Aptitude, which is compulsory for all candidates will also be uploaded. UGC-NET result for December 24-12-2011 would be declared in the month of April 2012.
Besides that some other institutes would also be publishing the answer key for the same but so far none has been able to upload the solution of any subject. Rightly so, as it is not possible to produce all the answer sheet in one go for obvious reason. If you happen to know any link where UGC answers for December 2011 can be checked for any subject then do share that information with all of us.
