The CFAT-2013 (Century Fresher's Assessment Test- 2013) is a standardized national level test for fresher/s as job aspirants in India. The test is intended to assess a candidate's readiness and aptitude for corporate world. It is first of its kind, a multi industry Job test that provides multiple Job & career options to fresher/s. CFAT – 2013 will create a gateway to various job opportunities in various industries across India.
Note: Candidates who appeared for CFAT – 2012 need not to apply as they are already in recruitment process.
Every CFAT candidate who appeared for CFAT - 2012 or going to appear in CFAT – 2013 will receive a free entry to virtual online job fair starting from June 15, 2013 to till July 31, 2013 worth INR 1800/-. (Job fair will be multi Industry & provide Job positions from almost 12 countries)
Test Structure: Test will be comprises of four major sections i.e. English, Math, Reasoning & Subject Knowledge.
Courses: BE/ B.Tech, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Com, LLB, B.Acrh., B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MBA, PGDM, PGP, M.Com, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc, LLM (2012 & 2013 passouts)
Hiring Process: After appearing for the CFAT 2012 the test score and profile of the candidate (which includes the Education of the candidate including the current and preferred location) will be shared with the companies. A company can search profile of a candidate on the basis of:
1. CFAT Score
2. Education
3. Candidate’s current location
4. Preferred Job location
CFAT Score will be shared with following hiring Companies:

2. SMEs & Fast growing new startups & Ventures

Test Day: March 31, 2013
Dispatch of Test Scores: April 15, 2013 to April 30, 2013
Validity of Test Score: April 15, 2013 to October 15, 2013

2. Deposit the Test Fee in any nearest Axis Bank branch
