a. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree of a recognized University in India.

b. A pass in
1. English Typewriting Higher grade.
2. English Shorthand Higher grade (conducted by the State Board of Technical Education & Training, Govt. of A.P.).
c. Other things being equal, preference will be given to persons who
have working knowledge in Computers.
